    The Consultant Development Program at Oliver Wyman will equip candidates with the confidence to enter management consulting. They will get the opportunity to work across multiple industries and collaborate with senior team members, as well as with our clients' leadership teams. This amount of exposure is invaluable, so I encourage young entrepreneurial Emiratis to be part of the program.

    CDP candidates get the opportunity to fully integrate into the consulting industry, with the majority of training happening on the job as part of a real delivery team.     • Oliver Wyman’s CDP: What You Can Expect

    Front Row. Fast Tracked. Full Time. During this special six-to-twelve-month program, you’ll work full time with our project teams and gain hands-on experience to kick off your consulting journey. You’ll get to network with a variety of professionals in the field, collaborate with clients from a variety of industries, get exposure to core consulting skills, and maximize your national impact.

    Get ready to change the game. Our foundational stage gets you up to speed with what's ahead. You'll gain a solid understanding of the program's structure and how it all fits together. You will also receive training in essential tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, as well as slide writing, analysis, presenting, and communication.

    1st

    month

    This is where the real fun begins! Here, you will dive into actual project work and get hands-on experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an Oliver Wyman consultant team and hone your skills while receiving valuable training. It's the perfect combination of practical application and skill-building.

    2nd-5th

    months

    We value your dedication and hard work and want to ensure you are making the most of our program. At this stage, we'll conduct a mid-program performance review to assess your progress. Successful candidates will be promoted into the consulting ranks or continue in the program.

    6th

    month

    The final stage could be the start of your new career. Candidates who are top performers will be promoted to consultant at Oliver Wyman . To celebrate your success, you will get your certificate for completing the program in month 12.

    • Who's Invited To Apply To Our Program? 

    • Recent graduate or in your final year of university (Bachelors or Masters)  
    • GPA scores above 3.5/ 4 or 4.5/ 5 (may vary based on institutions) 
    • Major in Engineering, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics 
    • Saudi or Emirati nationals 
    • High level of proficiency in English  
    • Interested in a career in consulting
