David is a partner at Oliver Wyman, and leads relationship coverage at large global institutions. These include a large global bank, a rating agency, a private equity group and a leading pension fund. He also co-leads the Global Corporate and Transaction Banking Cluster.

Clients seek him out for his practical and candid council: he's strategic, organised and adaptable, helping clients achieve change and adapt to new ways of thinking so they can progress.

David deals in long-term, sustainable improvements, built on strong foundations. And developing a shared culture, which organisations grows from within. For David, effective development relies on adaptability to change:

For me cultural change is what really makes things happen. When an organisation starts to change and adapt itself from within; when you start to develop better communication and greater cohesion around shared goals, that's when you begin to see improvements beyond a good business results – you see total organisational effectiveness.

David has a BA in Economics from UMass Amherst, where he graduated top of his class with a 4.0 GPA and an MSc. in Development Economics from Oxford University. He’s a frequent speaker in industry events, including most recently at SIBOS, where he led a panel on the future of securities services industry, on which he recently co-authored a paper: Security services – the good times are over – it's time to act.
