David J. Weinsier is a Partner and leads the US Actuarial Life Practice of Oliver Wyman. 

David specializes in the life insurance and annuity industry, and has advised and provided actuarial services to a wide array of clients, including life insurers, reinsurers, investment banks, law firms, and private equity. David specializes in mergers & acquisitions, actuarial due diligence, reserve financing solutions, indexed life and annuity products, life insurance mortality, and insurance litigation matters.

David is a frequent speaker at industry meetings and author of an award-winning SOA research paper entitledPredictive Modeling for Life Insurers – Application of Predictive Modeling Techniques in Measuring Policyholder Behavior in Variable Annuity Contracts. 

David is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
