Dylan Walsh is a Partner and Global Head of our Corporate and Institutional Banking Practice. Dylan joined the firm in 2006 and now leads our team advising global corporate and investment banking businesses in the region. His core areas of expertise are capital markets strategy and transformation; stress testing and capital planning; financial resource management; and capital markets regulation.
Dylan’s work is focused on strategic response to new regulations and the new market environment. He has been active in the policy debate on the Volcker Rule, the Supplementary Leverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, and enhanced prudential standards for Foreign Banking Organizations. He has advised senior leaders on the impact of the new regulatory and market landscape, helping to shape strategic plans, restructure businesses, and optimize resource allocation across their organizations.
