Helen is the co-head of our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Practice in the Americas and a partner in Health and Life Sciences at our New York office.

She is a sought-after strategic advisor to senior executive teams worldwide, renowned for her ability to blend incisive insight with leadership effectiveness.

With over 25 years of experience, Helen has led post-acquisition integration programs for nearly a dozen mergers across various sectors, such as retail, consumer goods, energy, and healthcare industries, and guided clients through large-scale transformations, both organic and inorganic.

In her role, Helen has successfully led a variety of projects, including a significant initiative for a private equity firm with nearly $100 billion in assets under management. She spearheaded the integration of two portfolio companies, where she developed innovative customer experience strategies — both digital and physical — and aligned organizational cultures and operational practices. This comprehensive approach effectively prepared the newly integrated entity for a successful exit.

Before her management consulting career, she held roles as an assistant economist at the Federal Reserve, a journalist for a national newspaper, a nanny, and a volunteer at a crisis hotline. These diverse experiences have equipped Helen for her current role.

Helen earned a bachelor's degree in economics and history from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University.

Outside of work, she divides her time between New York City and the North Fork with her husband and children.
