Leopold is an Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice, based in Berlin, where he advises clients on strategic issues and leads transformation projects. Leopold holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from the University of Edinburgh.
Recent projects include a large scale transformation and organizational redesign based on a strategy to enable his client‘s energy transition.
I am convinced that to master the energy transition, companies need to embrace a deep cultural shift and fundamentally innovate their business models. I am passionate about helping my clients on that journey
He co-authored the Green Transition Index that assesses the progress of European countries in the energy transition, as well as the Clean Energy Startups Radar.
In his free time, Leopold loves spending time with his family, especially his two daughters. He enjoys being out in nature, for instance exploring the lakes and forests surrounding Berlin.
