Perry is a partner with Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services, based in our Beijing office. He is also an expert in Strategy and Digital Transformation.
With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, and fintech, he has worked with various domestic and global financial institutions on projects such as digital transformation, strategy planning and execution, business model innovation, productivity enhancement, and organization and incentive alignment.
The successful recipe for strategic transformation or tactical initiatives lies in the appropriate combination of foresight and pragmatic implementation. It requires us to truly know our clients, work with them as one team, push our boundaries to achieve breakthroughs, and strive to create continuous impacts
Perry is a frequent guest lecturer for prestigious institutions such as the China Banking Association, the Insurance Association of China, and the Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.
He also holds several Scrum certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, and Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. He also has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of International Business and Economics.
In his free time, Perry likes hiking, reading a good book, and traveling around the world.
