Peter is a Senior Manager in the Actuarial Practice.

Peter came to Oliver Wyman from Assurant Health where he served as the Valuation Leader in the Financial Actuarial department. Peter’s experience include microsimulation modeling for Section1332 Waiver applications and Medicare, due diligence reporting, care management analysis, Large Group pricing, statutory financial reporting, MLR rebate reporting, and reserving valuation. He also has experience in pricing of major medical products, filings of new business and renewal rates and provider network analysis.

Peter has co-authored several Oliver Wyman reports and blog posts including, “Stabilizing the Individual Health Insurance Market” and “Reducing Premiums and Expanding Enrollment in the Individual Health Insurance Market in 2021”.
