What We Do
We advise aerospace and defense companies on corporate strategy, research and development, production, program management, and commercial excellence. For commercial aerospace, we deliver impact for organizations which bring core aerospace products to market as well as providers of aftermarket services. From our work across the aviation sector, we also bring a deep understanding of the strategic needs and issues of the end customer base: airlines and other aircraft operators.
In defense, new strategies and philosophies of engagement and changing government spending patterns continue to further disrupt the traditional model. We assist governments and defense agencies in how to best leverage technology advances like drones, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in their businesses. In addition, we work with defense suppliers to inform commercial and operational strategies to win in the marketplace while leveraging our firm’s longstanding capabilities in commercial aircraft and systems sustainment to bring a wealth of knowledge to companies engaged in the defense aftermarket.
