J.D. Kearney Joins Oliver Wyman as Partner

Kearney has joined its Turnaround and Restructuring Practice in Dallas. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in operational performance and profitability within the manufacturing sector.

Oliver Wyman’s Turnaround and Restructuring Practice leads companies through transformative moments, helping clients build stronger, more agile businesses that are well-positioned for growth. Kearney joins a team of specialists skilled in all aspects of strategic, operational and financial restructuring, including liquidity forecasting and cash management, lender advisory, and performance transformation.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Kearney held prominent roles including CEO and President of Strategy, Transformation, Turnaround, and Restructuring at AAI-Partners. He also led manufacturing M&A initiatives at EY-Parthenon and was a leader in the Manufacturing Center of Excellence at A.T. Kearney. His career began at Lockheed Martin where he contributed across engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain functions for projects supporting the United States Army and Air Force. He is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and has worked directly with more than 250 manufacturing facilities worldwide, applying the scientific method to solve complex business and manufacturing challenges.
