Financial Times: Lisa Quest On The Red Amber Green (RAG) Framework

The Financial Times reports that ‘the right to switch off’ has been proposed as a policy in the UK. Supporters of this law claim the pressure to remain in contact with employees intensified with homeworking in the pandemic.
