As Oliver Wyman’s UK and Ireland market head, Lisa leads a market employing more than 750 people. She is also head of the European Public Sector Practice, managing and developing relationships, and working with all government agencies in Europe and central banks globally. An executive sponsor of Women of Oliver Wyman (WOW), and a champion of fully flexible working and job shares, she was pivotal in introducing equal maternity and paternity leave at 26 weeks.
Beyond Oliver Wyman, she is a member of the Board of The Canada/UK Chamber of Commerce, trustee for Best Beginnings and co-founder of the Green Hat Foundation.
